The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the Customer Value Improvement Process (CVIP). This is a structured process to routinely review, identify, and implement improvements in the products and services we provide each customer. Our Customer Service department delivers satisfaction by providing you with current and correct information and in helping to manage your activities within Progressive Plastics.
To improve our customer service, Progressive Plastics has recently installed a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This system will enhance our data integration capabilities to enable us to make better and faster decisions to serve you more effectively and efficiently.
